You will have exclusive use of the B&B cottage, with your own private entrance, facilities, and easy car parking. The cottage is set in the sub-tropical gardens with a private outlook over the fields and bush and has two main rooms.
Breakfast may be taken in the main house and I can help you to plan your day whilst looking out over the valley - or you may wish to have breakfast in the cottage and take it at your leisure.
Breakfast includes:
- Home-grown or mostly local produce
- Home-made bread and preserves
- Freshly-squeezed orange juice and free range eggs
Lounge:
- Spacious and comfortable with two sofas and dining table
- TV and video with a small video library for your use
- Tea/coffee-making facilities

- Queen-sized bed
- Wardrobe
- En-suite private shower and toilet
Marvelous setting away from it all. Hard to know whether to just relax in the gardens or go out exploring the Bay of Islands! Steve is a great host and more than happy to help with local tours and information.
